Registration policies

PhD Colloquium: Abstracts submitted to the PhD Colloquium can be covered by a Student Registration.

Full / short papers: Every author presenting a full or short paper must register with a Full Registration (member or non‑member).

Multiple papers: If the same author has multiple accepted and presented papers, a single Full Registration will cover all of them.

Combined participation: If a student is presenting a full or short paper and participating in the PhD Colloquium, a single Full Registration will cover both.

Student sole attendance: A student member who is the sole attendee presenting a paper (with no co‑author attending) must register with a Full Registration (member or non‑member); the student price does not apply.
